This is an amazing, upscale club located in South Florida, on the heart of Davie City and right next to neighboring cities such as Weston, Pembroke Pines and Cooper City.

 Our mission is very different than most Fitness Studios. No one will be unattended. One to one service at PHYSIOTRAINING WORLD CENTER ensures that the idea that you can improve and change your quality of life, eating habits, improve your lifestyle and learn how to workout (exercise) properly and safely without ever needing a personal trainer again is possible.

PHYSIOTRAINING™ FITNESS AND MARTIAL ARTS WORLD CENTER will teach you how to significantly diminish exercise induced, undesirable pain that even after physical therapy or massage therapy it may still be around. "No muscle pain, no muscle gain, but joint pain will be in vain." These pains include but are not limited to: low back, shoulders, knees, arthritis among many others!)
