DAY 1
9:00am-9:45am-Registration, books distribution
9:45a.m-12:00pm-General concepts: - -Review of Anatomy of human movement (insertion and origins graphs included) -Personal Training Nowadays- good and bad! (overview) -
12:00pm LUNCH: Students will have 1 hr break and are responsible for his or her lunch and being back on time for the next session.

1:00 pm - 3:00pm
* Chapter 1: Nutrition (Protein vs. Carbs vs. correct use of supplements)- This part will inform the personal trainer detailed information on exact use and application of protein, amino acids, fatty acids and creatine that the client should know prior to starting a program. Case Study.
3:00-3:10pm break
 3:15pm-5:30pm:

 Chapter 2: 1st visit-Assessment and program setup: This chapter should include an extensive explanation of the set up visit since it will build a foundation of clients understanding of theory .EXAMPLE: hypertrophy vs. atrophy: incorrect concept of growing muscle, muscle pump -increase blood flow; increase scale weight, etc. and static/dynamic stretching foundation with functional and conventional stretching including techniques to teach avoidance of muscle tear.-education) perfect mechanics, better results
Chapter3: soft-tissue and joint injuries most commonly presented in clientele of gym setting: overview of a variety of tear (partial, full), strains, bone-learn related problems, how to revert osteoporosis and control spinal-stenosis symptoms and joint (osteoarthritis, swelling, hyper mobility) involvement/injuries as well post surgical/post rehabilitation precautions. Case Study.
DAY 2  
Part 2:
All the following chapters are detailed to assist the
trainer achieve the fitness goal of the client without
setting them back in pain or disability.
Body building would be applied while tailoring
towards the next problems as they appear with
each client.
10:00 am - 12:00 pm Chapter 4: Neck and Jaw: headaches-tension, muscular
recurrent headaches-gone with non-invasive, hands-on
trigger point techniques followed by specific stretches,
progressed to full of upper body
strengthening (all taught by a licensed physical
therapist practitioner)Case Study.

12:00 lunch

1:00-3:00pm Chapter 5: SHOULDER: including latest most
effective way to stabilize shoulder and scapula to
allow overhead presses, push ups and advanced core
activity without shoulder joint pain (pinching,
squeezing or catching), also tendinitis of hands,
wrists that usually keeps the clients from progressing
to heavier weights.Case Study.
3;00-3;10 break
3:15pm - 5:30 Chapter 6:: KNEE: Get alignment to make muscles coordinate firing and contracting so effectively that post- operation or pre-operation strength and conditioning is achieved with decreased pain-Lateral, medial and overall stability to give the client physical confidence to decrease fear of exercise progression and leg work out routines.
5:30-7pm test for Course 1 Certification
Manual included with detailed chapters and
illustrations available at end of course for the students
to take with them for future reference.
Also, "Anatomy of Strength Training" by Frederick Delavier will be provided upon course payment. Forms available in manual: consent, medical history,
liability insurance.

Q & A about Physiotraining™ Courses 1 & 2

Q 1-When satisfactory completing both courses Physiotraining™ 1 & 2, will I
be able to work anywhere as a personal trainer?
A 1: Yes. By the authority of United States Government, you will be able to
provide: "Assistance, Personal Training and Physical Fitness to
individuals to help them make Physical Fitness, Strength, Conditioning and
exercise improvement in their daily living" (listed on uspto.gov)

Q 2-Will I get a certificate after the first course?
A2: Yes you will, but only Certificate of completion. You will not be able to work as a
Physiotrainer until finishing the second course, only then you will be
given authorization to represent the patent and train other people.

Q 3-Will there be a test ?
A5: Yes! Two!
Course 1: 50 questions (40 written, 10 practical)
Course 2: 100 questions (80 written, 20 practical), candidates will have 3
chances to re-take the test
