ANY PATRON WHO JOINS OUR PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF LEVEL OF FITNESS and/or PRIOR MEDICAL HISTORY,  MUST ATTEND A  ONE WEEK INTRO NOVICE PROGRAM: MINIMUM (3 CLASSES) IN  ORDER TO RECEIVE CLEARANCE TO ATTEND ANY OTHER BEGINNERS CLASS.

  THESE BEGINNERS CLASSES ARE OFFERED ON A ONGOING BASIS AND ONCE HAVING GONE THROUGH YOUR FIRST NOVICE WEEK OF CAMP, YOU TOO WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND THESE CLASSES WITH NO RSVP NECESSARY.

NO PATRON GETS ADVANCED TO INTERMEDIATE PRIOR TO 4 OR EVEN 6 WEEKS-

Rules and policies of voucher promotions:

ALL OF OUR CAMPS OFFER 15-18 CAMP SESSIONS IN A FREQUENCY OF 2 to 3 TIMES PER WEEK FOR 4-6 WEEKS. THUS PLEASE TRY TO SCHEDULE SO THAT YOU CAN COMPLETE THE ENTIRE PROGRAM. 

VOUCHER HOLDERS MUST COMPLETE ALL SESSIONS WITHIN CONSECUTIVE WEEKS-MAY NOT SPREAD CLASSES OVER TIME. 

8 WEEK CAMPERS WILL PARTICIPATE IN 3 TIMES PER WEEK FOR A MAXIMUM OF 8 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS or less if requested.

CAMPS ARE ONGOING BUT CLASS SIZES ARE STILL LIMITED

Common Q & A: 

Voucher holders:

- is the voucher valid for later?

Yes, through the social deal you got there is a disclaimer explaining the expiration of your voucher as long as it's unused. 

-Can I spread the 15 classes through a few months?

No. Simply because we focus on re-educating your lifestyle and delivering results and making your effort worth while, thus if you spread your sessions this attempt will be completely in vain. 

-Why can't I come whenever?

Because we emphasis the camp and exercises on improving your performance and overall health, progression of your routine to complete independence, thus maintaining a schedule and commitment is crucial. Not to mention you will bond with your camp peers becoming nice to have the same crowd that starts out and achieve similar positive goals. 

-If I have a previous injury, should I do this camp?

YES! Of course every situation is different, but if you are currently working full time and living a life dealing with previous injuries that just don't go away than you sound like a perfect candidate to it. Another reason why the class sizes are small. Our mission and trademark is to return anyone back to a healthy routine of exercises and fitness. Because of our amazing team of state licensed physical therapist practitioners, certified physiotrainers and personal trainers, certified sports nutritionists among others will ensure your success all the steps of the way.

-Can I have private time with a trainer using this voucher?

 No. This voucher is for group classes only. But because the classes are small you can consider a more semi-private approach.

-Can I come back if I like the camp style?

YES! We encourage you to come back and bring others with a special discount from the regular price listed here on the website; we attempt to engage you in a more long term body changing challenge by making it easy, affordable and pleasant for you to want to come back and tell others about it- all year long! :-)

-But if I come back, won't I be too advanced for the next campers?

No. With physiotraining you will always be challenged to your limit and not anyone else's limit around you. Thus you will be guided to know when to increase your challenge regardless of the exercises being performed. 

-If I buy sessions directly from you when there is no deals running will my sessions be valid forever?

Unfortunately no. We can't possibly allow any previous classes to be valid forever! However, they will have a longer expiration date from the time they are used thus if you miss some throughout a camp, you can always redeem them in the next.
